What a way to hear the judge’s decision…

In case you’re all wondering what it is that Laura was saying about Cody, we decided not post that part of Laura’s letter where she states that she has ‘witnesses’ who will swear in court to something that is not true concerning Cody.

I will not perpectuate this womans lies nor bow down to yet another blackmail attempt from the Olea/Divine Family. We bow to no one, we will not bow to fear nor lies. We do bow to the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth and only the Lord.

This is the beginning of her letter that started all this. When this letter was sent to us, it contained Laura’s IP number. We had pegged this IP number to her since she signed her postings, but this letter positively identified it beyond a shadow of a doubt.

“Hey Shannon and Melinda,
Again, NOT EVERYONE WHO POSTS A COMMENT THAT IS NOT IN TOTAL AGREEMENT WITH YOURS IS MY FAMILY! WE ARE NOT POSTING. YOU DON’T CARE WHAT OUR OPINION IS . REMEMBER?.”

As I showed you with the IP number, it IS her family posting, unless strangers walk in their house to get on the computer to come to the www.babyselling.com site to post. I highly doubt that. So this woman is lying. If she is lying about this, one has to ask themself, what else is she lying about, her and her family?

Cody was grieviously wronged and his constitutional rights violated by people trying to use state laws to rip his daughter out of his life. There is no excuse, no amount of blackmail that will work, we will not stop this fight for justice and to have little Miss O’Dea come home to her daddy and paternal family.

We’re waiting with open arms for this precious child.

One other thing I find very interesting…. we found out the judges decision before our attorney did on the net by a posting from Laura. I asked our attorney how Laura would know the decision before he got a copy of it.

It appears the decision was sent out to Larry Jenkins, attorney for the Adoption Center of Choice and our attorney from Salt Lake City, Utah. Jenkins is in Salt Lake City, ours is not, so Jenkins got the decision first simply because of the mail situation.

Laura Divine and Ashley Olea are not party to this lawsuit, so I find it very interesting Laura knew the news as fast as it came out. There is only one avenue that news could have traveled down to them, and it started with Larry Jenkins office, out attorney surely didn’t call Laura or Ashley, he didn’t even know yet. Laura has claimed there is an open adoption with her family being involved in this childs life. This is becoming very apparent. Sadly, they acted at first like they had no contact with the people who have our precious little Miss O’Dea. Again, more deception.

How all involved sleep at night is beyond me.

You know, lies catch up with you in life. And the trap you set for another, many times is the very trap you will fall into.
