The AGENCY knew that they were violating HIS rights to raise HIS daughter. THIS AGENCY has a LONG history of doing this to mothers and fathers. Explain why the state of IILLINOIS banned them from advertising and practicing adoption in their state.THE ADOPTERS are not entitled to HIS child. THEY could got to the foster care system. HE made his choice VERY clear. Sorry Bryn these kind of folks tick me off so royally. I am his CHILD fourty two years down the road. It is not HIS job to give someone else HIS child. The adoption agency is just doing their job. They didn't take your ex and haul her of to Utah and take her baby. That was an adult decisioon that she made on her own, wether she let you know or not. I recently placed my child with this agency. And My childs father was 100% active with the agency. They made very clear that they are there no matter what you decide. If you choose to parent your child they are there too! And the sighning over of rights is a very real experince. They don't leave in any question the decisions you are making. They explain every aspect and make sure that that is exactlly you want. I am sorry that you have had to go through this very horrible, heart breaking experence. But your child is with a family who loves it beyond your belife. You have givin them a wonderful gift that they have wished for for god knows how long.
